One designated and marked secured outdoor parking comes with renting this unit. 

We would trust the place to be safe for our own children. We can supply a high-chair and pack-n-play as needed. 

Because we are getting ready for your visit, and then someone right after we ask that we follow the 3pm check in and 11 am checkout please. 

A: Search Ways for AWA Residence Playacar

B: GPS location: 20.620268, -87.088126

C: From Cancun, coming south on the Federal Highway (307) you will go up on a elevated section as you come into Playa Del Carmen. This bypasses the local traffic in the town. This elevated piece is about 4km (2miles) long. 

After the road returns to the ground level, you will pass Sams club on the left and city club on the right. There is a left-hand U-Turn that you will want to take. This will have you heading north on the Federal Highway. 

Stay in the right lane as the FIRST Playacar entrance is less than 1/4 mile pass this entrance. Take the right at the SECOND Playacar sign, proceed through security. They primarily speak Spanish but if you say “Airbnb” show your reservation and ID, you will gain access. 

Once in, heading east towards the beach, the first street on your right is Paseo Xaman-Ha. Turn right and just past the golf course is AWA on the right. Check in with the concierge. BTW: Tope signs = killer speed bumps, you will want to slow down.

We follow your lead. There is a concierge on site 7-7 for transportation and recommendations.

The Jacuzzi, hammocks, hot tub and fire pit are a part of the common areas. 

24 hour security in the neighborhood and the complex. All visitors and guests must sign in. There are three hospitals within a quarter mile of the complex. Gated assigned parking, 1 space.

Sorry no pets. Our daughter is crazy allergic to just about any animal. 

This just isn't that sort of place. It's a great place to retreat to after being at the party scene downtown. 

Sorry no cigarettes, pipes, vapes, hemp, hookah, marijuana or anything burns, smokes or generates a cloud of any sort. Not inside or on our balcony. Play-Del Carmen has just become a smoke free city.  

Mexico and the ADA have not met. After the airport the rams and steps are just not configured. We have three steps up into the unit and another for the bathroom. Navigable but not like it is back home.
